These micro-check-ins drop into conversation without stopping the room.

The Sequence

Before (The Baseline)

Establish the field of play. 'What's a hard yes tonight? What's a hard no?' or a simple scale check: 'Energy: 1–10. Spice: 1–10.'

During (The Pulse)

Check the temperature mid-loop. 'More, less, or pause?' or 'Do we want to stay, pivot, or wrap it up?'

After (The Debrief)

Close the loop with data. 'One thing that felt good?' and 'Anything we should change for next time?'

Pivot (Non-Verbal)

Sometimes words are too heavy.
